Highlights from the Women in Business Mentorship Academy and Annual Tea Luncheon
At the heart of any thriving professional community is connection—and nowhere was that more evident than at this year’s Women in Business (WIB) Mentorship Academy, presented by Lickstein Plastic Surgery and hosted by the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce. This program is part of Lickstein’s ongoing commitment to supporting local women and giving back to the community.
Designed to foster personal and professional growth, the Mentorship Academy brings together women from across industries to engage in a seven-month journey of development, guidance, and mutual support. Through monthly one-on-one mentorship and skill-building sessions, participants are given the opportunity to refine their goals, expand their networks, and build lasting relationships.
The 2025–2026 program kicked off with an energy-packed session titled “Elevating Your Brand,” followed by a full calendar of panels and workshops on networking, goal-setting, public speaking, and community engagement. With topics carefully curated to support women at every stage of their careers, the Academy offers more than just education—it offers a sense of belonging.
That sense of community was on full display at the Annual Tea & Mentorship Celebration, held April 23 at the Mirasol Country Club. Attendees—mentors, mentees, sponsors, and community leaders—came together to reflect on the journey, celebrate growth, and honor the bonds formed throughout the program. The event featured heartfelt stories, inspiring takeaways, and a strong reminder of the impact women can have when they lift each other up.
As the Mentorship Academy continues to grow, so does its influence—one connection, one conversation, and one empowered woman at a time.
