There isn’t much you need to do to prepare for laser skin resurfacing with Clear + Brilliant. When you attend your pre-treatment consultation, you will be able to candidly discuss your concerns and goals with a licensed aesthetician. Together, you will decide whether Clear + Brilliant is the right treatment for you, and your session will be scheduled. Your aesthetician may recommend that you minimize sun exposure and discontinue use of certain skin care products before treatment.
Treatment with Clear + Brilliant is performed in our office and takes about 30 minutes per session.
Before treatment, your aesthetician will apply a topical anesthetic cream to your skin to help you remain comfortable. Next, the Clear + Brilliant handpiece will be gently guided across the treatment area. No downtime is necessary after Clear + Brilliant laser skin resurfacing. You may experience some mild swelling and/or redness, but this will naturally resolve within a day of treatment.
