After completion of world-renowned medical training at Northwestern University, Albany Medical College, and Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Lickstein was delighted to return home to South Florida. Here, his surgical expertise and deep commitment to community involvement have helped him develop one of Palm Beach County’s premier full range aesthetic and reconstructive practices serving Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Port. St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Wellington. Dr. Lickstein is best known for creating natural results in facial rejuvenation and for his approach to “Mommy Make-Over” surgery (a customized combination of breast enhancement and tummy tuck) that emphasizes both proportion and form. He is also one of the few surgeons in Florida with extensive experience with state of the art single-stage implant reconstruction after mastectomy. Dr. Lickstein is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, is active in a number of professional organizations, and his expertise has been recognized with numerous honors and awards.

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Craig Forleiter received medical training at prestigious institutions, including George Washington University School of Medicine, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Cleveland Clinic Florida, where he completed a plastic surgery fellowship. Dr. Forleiter is thrilled to be part of the team at Lickstein Plastic Surgery, and he utilizes his experience and his commitment to superior surgical care to meet the reconstructive and cosmetic needs of patients in Palm Beach Gardens and surrounding communities, including Jupiter, Port St. Lucie, Tequesta, North Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, and Wellington. Christina Hobgood Naugle has been a certified and licensed Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant since 2008. As a Palm Beach county native, Christina was excited to return to her hometown and join Dr. Lickstein’s practice after working in Charleston, SC for 5 years. Christina has an extensive surgical background that informs her deep knowledge and understanding of the most natural-looking and best surgical and non-surgical cosmetic options. Christina has worked with Dr. Lickstein to assist in refining the “Lickstein Lift”. She also provides patients with a yearly plan to achieve their aesthetic goals with a focus on the patient’s desire to remain non-surgical or plan towards the best timing for surgical intervention. Christina is highly experienced and prides herself on natural-looking results. She has been named one of the “Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America” five years in a row, nominated in Real Self as a “Most Loved Injector”, and is on the faculty at the Allergan Medical Institute. Christina is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Association of Plastic Surgery Physician Assistants.

Leah Verdream is a board certified and licensed Physician Assistant with over a decade of clinical experience. While Leah has extensive experience with both medical and surgical patients, her focus is aesthetic rejuvenation. Leah’s warm and attentive manner puts her patients at ease. Her superior assessment skills ensure all her patients are provided with a customized treatment plan that addresses their individual rejuvenation goals. Her collaborative nature and team approach ensure these plans incorporate the expertise of her colleagues here at Lickstein Plastic Surgery.

Leah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from University of Central Florida and a Masters of Medical Science from Nova Southeastern University. She has attended expert injector trainings from the Allergan Medical Institute and has been trained on both aesthetic injection and laser treatments by our own Top 100 Aesthetic Injector, Christina Hobgood-Naugle, PA-C.

Leah holds leadership positions at Palm Beach Gardens and Good Samaritan Medical Centers, and volunteers for multiple healthcare organizations in our community, including Susan G. Komen and the Florida Rural Mission for Health. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Beverly Duke is an award-winning licensed aesthetician, medical assistant and Aesthetic Clinical Director with Lickstein Plastic Surgery in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. With more than two decades of experience providing care to patients of every age and skin type, she is sought-after both by patients as a provider and by new aestheticians as an educator, trainer and mentor. Duke’s vast knowledge of state-of-the-art skin care coupled with her warmth and welcoming demeanor put patients and colleagues immediately at ease. Duke’s role at Lickstein Plastic Surgery includes both clinical care and supervision and training of younger aestheticians. Beverly was voted the first-place winner, Best Aesthetician in Palm Beach County for 2024, by readers of The Palm Beach Post. 

Trish Bender, RN, BS, brings over 29 years of clinical nursing experience to Lickstein Plastic Surgery. She is a certified nurse in women’s health. Trish has a background in gynecology, as well as labor and delivery. She has been with our practice for over 8 years, becoming an industry expert on body sculpting. Trish develops and implements treatment plans using the Coolsculpting elite , Emsculpt Neo and Emsella technologies. She has also completed several specialized training programs through CoolSculpting University, where she learned advanced Coolsculpting techniques. Our practice has been honored to be recognized as one of the top providers of body contouring in the country with multiple publications, due to Trish’s impeccable treatment techniques and plans. Trish was featured in Jupiter magazine as a leader in non-surgical body rejuvenation.
