Brilliant Distinctions is a program launched by Allergan that allows patients to earn rewards every time they undergo an Allergan treatment or purchase a qualifying product. These bonuses can be used to discount future procedures, cutting the cost of treatment overall. The program is free to join, and any of the following treatments and products qualify:
- Botox injections
- Juvéderm products, including Juvéderm, Voluma, Vollure and Volbella
- Kybella injections

- SkinMedica cosmeceutical skin care
Every time you receive one of these procedures, you will earn points that are worth a particular dollar value. The point amount you can earn varies based on the specific treatment you choose. Volbella and SkinMedica products earn you 100 points, while Juvederm XC, Botox and CoolSculpting therapies are worth 200 points. The highest earners at 300 points include Vollure, Voluma and Kybella injections. The number of points corresponds to the dollar amount earned, with 100 points gaining $10, 200 points equalling $20 and so on.
Membership Tiers
The staff at Lickstein Plastic Surgery will bank your points every time you come into our office to have one of the qualifying treatments. The more points you earn, the more benefits you can receive. Tiers for the Brilliant Distinctions program are broken down as follows:
Silver – 0-599 points
This first level offers the ability to earn points with each treatment and a special reward on the anniversary of your Brilliant Distinctions membership.
Gold – 600-1199 points
In addition to the benefits offered in the silver tier, gold-tier members can earn bonus points on treatments and receive a complimentary SkinMedica product.
Diamond – 1200+ points
The highest level of the Brilliant Distinctions program is genuinely as desirable as a jewel, with the following benefits included:
- Points earned for each treatment

- Points earned never expire
